Wow Saigon Eden reopened and they are coming out fighting!! Took out all the clutter and now it's simple and clean design indoors. We do miss seeing the Christmas lights to help find the restaurant at night. Ordered the Beef rib Pho, Eden special, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. Staff was attentive asked us for drinks when we sat down and gave us menu. We saw the specials and had to try them. Now it's our favorite Pho fall off bone rib meat is so good with the pho flavor...hope they keep these items on the menu forever.
My boyfriend and I came here for the first time and shared short rib beef pho, grilled beef with vermicelli noodles + fried rolls, and beef spring rolls. A variety of fresh garnishes and sauces to top the dishes were served as well. All dishes were flavorful and excellent. We also appreciated how welcoming all the staff are to diners. I happily will come back to eat here again! :)
This was my first time here and I have to say I enjoyed the efficient and friendly service.
My rare steak Pho was tasty. A bit sweet but I'm glad it wasn't super salty like some other places.
The spring rolls were delicious.
I liked the little things like my spring rolls being cut in half or the fact that a very nice young lady gave me free desert at the end.
Prices are reasonable and portions are just right.

Best Pho in 626. I have never been a huge fan of pho but this place always hits the spot. I love their egg rolls as well. Service isnt the best but always super quick!
Don't come here for the service, come here for the food. Not saying the service is bad, it's just get-in-get-out. Their pho is the thing to rave about and everything else is ok.
I have been coming to Saigon Eden for years and it's been a solid local pho spot. They recently did a renovation and just reopened about a month ago. From the looks of it, it's still the same owners just new management. The pho is still as good as I can remember and the service is much better. In the past service has been hit or miss but the new management is definitely on top of the service this time around. The newly renovated shop is more modern and nothing but chill vibes. My go-to is the Pho Tai #18 large. So good!
